These terms govern research-product order requests submitted through this website to the disclosed seller in China.
Order checkout remains paused until the seller's legal identity and contact details are published.
Research use only
Products are supplied only for lawful laboratory research and analytical use. They are not medicines, food, cosmetics, or for human or veterinary administration. You must be authorized to order and use them for the stated research purpose.
Roles
The named seller owns the products, receives the purchase funds, reviews paid orders, ships accepted orders, and handles fulfillment and refunds. The named facilitator operates this website as the seller's authorized ordering interface and does not take title to the products or customer payment.
Orders and factory review
Checkout automatically creates a time-limited crypto invoice. Payment confirmation records the order for factory review and fulfillment. If the seller identifies a product, destination, stock, or other fulfillment issue after payment, the seller may cancel the order and issue the applicable refund.
Prices and crypto payment
Prices and the flat shipping charge are stated in USD and converted to the selected cryptocurrency when the invoice is created. Send only the displayed asset, network, address, and amount. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by the website.
Destination responsibility
Checkout is available to every destination not listed in the seller's blocklist. You remain responsible for ensuring that purchase, import, possession, and research use are lawful at the destination and for any required permits, customs filings, taxes, duties, and brokerage.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the seller to exclude.
